  • Deepen the windows to take advantage of wooded views.

  • Demolish down to framing of room, including stepped tub platform and half-partitions around toilet area.
  • Relocate door, while creating a more efficient dressingroom area just outside bathroom.
  • Move toilet to end of room behind new half-wall.
  • Create deeper window openings near tub and toilet and install windows.
  • Redo insulation. Add compact heating unit beneath new cabinetry.
  • Install radiant heating coils beneath new marble floor.
  • Sheetrock ceiling, while preserving skylights.
  • Tile walls and floor with natural, imported marble.
  • Install shower with decorative river stone flooring. Use matching river stone for backsplash behind sinks.
  • Install new, undermounted bathtub.
  • Bring in sleek cherry cabinetry with granite countertop for double sink.
  • Create matching vanity area across the room.
  • Add contemporary sconces over sinks, motorized blinds on windows.
