This position will assist senior sales executive by organizing files � making client and related phone calls � sending and answering emails � producing letters � some excel and word work � scheduling appointments � answering calls � facilitating some sales process work. Applicant must have good work ethic � polite and neat � organized and able to learn and adapt systems � must have excellent phone skills � must present a resume of consistent good work history and behavior � computer skills � math � email � outlook � excel � word. Monday � Friday 9 am � 11 am $10.00 per hour
